Kym Byron
MBA, CBAP, PMP

Kym graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming with a BS in Finance and graduated with honors with an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Regis University in Denver. She earned her Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) designation in 2008. She also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation. She is an avid speaker on various BA topics for audiences in Denver and Colorado Springs, Colorado.

She has worked as a Business Analyst in several industry segments including Stock brokerage, financial planning, and insurance. She has also trained and mentored other business analysts for over two years.

She is heavily involved in her local community, helping organize the Denver Walk for Food Allergy each summer, She participates in activities in the PTA at her sons' elementary school, and she is also a Cub Scout volunteer.

She is a native of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and currently lives in Littleton, Colorado, with her husband and two sons.

Cari Faanes-Blakey 
MBA, CBAP

Cari has a diversified experience in the business world. In her current role as Business Systems Analyst at Vertex, she is involved with the development of corporate tax software for medium to large enterprises. Previously, she worked for best of breed financial software vendors as analyst, project manager, and occasionally pre-sales support. Implementing financial software packages has given her a great exposure to a variety of industries from airlines to insurance to retail to public utilities to manufacturing and banking.

She is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) and a current member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®).

Linda Erzah
BSc, CBAP

Linda has eleven (11+) years of experience in business analysis and product development for IT based solutions. In her career, Linda's experience spans a number of industries, including but not limited to software, hardware, public health, healthcare, education and gaming. Her passion for business analysis combined with her love to see others succeed inspired her to create BAMentor. She is Principal and Instructor at BAMentor.

Linda has been an active mentor and business analysis trainer in the business analysis community since 2006.

She graduated from college with bachelor in science in Information Systems. Since then, she continued to develop her skills by obtaining other IT certifications (Oracle, Novell, Microsoft, CIW, Net+, A+) and business certifications (CBAP®).

Together with her husband and business partner, they share the passion of parenting their son and daughter.
